Welcome
Our activities are geared towards strengthening the body, mind, intellect and soul. Each week, we meet for Pranayam and Hatha Yoga followed by Mantra meditation, Kirtan yoga, discussions on the Philosophy of Yoga and, finally, a sumptuous vegetarian dinner. No prior yoga experience is necessary for any of the above.
We plan to conduct weekly vegetarian cooking classes, specifically considering student needs.
Last but not the least, watch out for our annual weekend Mantra Yoga retreat!

What is Yoga?
Derived from the ancient Indian language called Sanskrit, yoga means "to link".
The process of linking requires two entities - the entity that is linked and the entity to which it is linked. So, what is that we are linking in yoga? Why are we linking? To what are we linking? These questions when addressed properly will give rise to an answer embedded in a complete and holistic understanding of the lifestyle of Yoga. Understanding our multi-dimensional existence in the body, mind, intellect and spirit soul, is central to the Yoga process.
